If you are looking for great customer service, look no further! Dilling Heating and Cooling is amazing! My husband and I noticed our heat pump making very loud, concerning noises. We called for service on Wednesday, January 3rd. Mike came out to the house, did a thorough check of each compartment on our heat pump and diagnosed what we were afraid of- our compressor was going out- and it was going to be below freezing for the next week! Mike contacted Ed who could come give us an estimate on a new unit the next day! Ed came out, gave us great options and we picked the one best for us. The next Monday, January 8th, the men came out to install the unit. They finished within 4 hours, were very kind, worked hard and got the job done! Dilling did a fantastic job installing my new heating and air system. They not only changed out the old one but put the new one in my attic. My house is 60 years old so was quite a retro fit as you can imagine. They came when they said they would and finished when they said they would. They followed up with a consultation and didnt leave until I was comfortable operating the new equipment. I quoted against several local competitors and they were also very competitive.
